Alternative system installation
Installation of tanks, treatment components, pumps, controls, piping, and dispersal features shown in the approved design.
Septic services
What’s included
Installation of tanks, treatment components, pumps, controls, piping, and dispersal features shown in the approved design.
Installation and repair of effluent pumps, floats, alarms, panels, wiring interfaces, and control components within the installer’s scope.
Accurate piping, elevation, and distribution work for systems using timed dosing or pressure-based dispersal.
Risers, lids, isolation points, and equipment placement considered so required operation and maintenance can be performed.
Our process
The approved plans, equipment schedule, elevations, dosing requirements, and inspection sequence are reviewed before work begins.
Excavation, electrical coordination, component delivery, startup requirements, and protection of the dispersal area are planned.
Tanks, pumps, piping, treatment components, and controls are installed and checked against the approved design.
Operation is verified within the project scope, alarms and controls are reviewed, and the owner is briefed on ongoing operator or maintenance requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Alternative systems use treatment, pumping, pressure distribution, specialized dispersal, or other components beyond a basic conventional gravity arrangement. The approved design defines the system.
Many alternative systems have ongoing operation, inspection, or maintenance requirements. The exact obligation depends on the system and Virginia requirements, and should be confirmed from the permit and operating documentation.
An alarm indicates a monitored condition such as a high liquid level or equipment problem. Reduce water use and schedule diagnosis; do not silence the alarm and assume the condition has resolved.
That depends on soils, site conditions, reserve area, regulations, and a new approved design. An installer cannot make that change without the appropriate design and authorization.
